The irruption of the Coronavirus has been a challenge for all manufacturers, accelerating the search for new ways and alternatives to make products accessible to buyers.

In our case, as we have been announcing for some time, one of these "new ways" will be the exploitation of video as a channel to reach our users and

make information available to them in a convenient and immediate way.

To this end, we have adapted a small space in our offices and acquired the essential lighting equipment for video recording. This new space will allow us to generate video tutorials and presentations in a much more agile way. In this way, we will be generating videos with more technical content that will be hosted on our Youtube channel and will serve to complement our customer service and our presence at fairs. The purpose is to help you to know more and better ALTAIR systems.

As a "kick-off" to this new series of videos, we have already launched a very useful TUTORIAL. on the registration ("linking") and deletion of flasks in the base stations and we are already working on new videos.

All these tutorials and presentations will be narrated in English, in order to have a wider reach given our wide presence abroad, but Spanish subtitles will be available for each video.
